Bids must be received by the stated deadline. Bidders should carefully read all specifications and submit proposals strictly according to the requirements. Defects resulting from faulty material or workmanship, or those encountered during delivery within two years, must be corrected at no expense to the city. Bidders must guarantee quoted prices will remain firm for the duration of the budget year.
