Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Haskell, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
The City of Haskell is requesting bids for the construction and installation of the proposed Haskell Park Drainage Improvements. The project consists of 536linear feet 18" HDPE, 642 LF of24" HDPE, storm drain boxes, 24" flared end section, existing asphalt repair and regrading, concrete curb and gutter, asphalt demolition and removal, concrete demolition and removal, and related repairs. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Questions about the project should be directed to Charlotte Crone (501) 315-7225 or Charlotte@richardson-engrs.com. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to City of Haskell, in an amount not less than 5 percent of the amount bid. Any bid may be rejected which contains material omissions, or irregulates, or in which any of the unit prices are obviously unbalanced in the opinion of the Owner. Also, a bid may be rejected if it in any manner shall fail to conform to the conditions of the bidding requirements and contract documents. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject bids, choose the most qualified bidder for the project, and to postpone award of the contract for a period of time which shall not exceed beyond 90 days from the bid opening date. Completion- 120 consecutive calendar days
