Remodeling of an educational facility in Orem, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
The selected vendor will work closely with Alpine School District and the project architect to complete an interior remodel at Lakeridge Junior High in Orem, Utah. The project will consist of remodeling approximately 40,000 square feet of classroom space. Refer to the attached plans for a complete scope of work. The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract for the completion of the scope of work outlined in this RFP and the associated construction documents for the interior remodel at Lakeridge Junior High School. Questions Due Date: Feb 24th 2026, 2:00 PM MST Submission Questions will be accepted electronically through Utah Public Procurement Place (UPPP) Portal. It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible offeror with the highest score justified by the procurement code. Length of the Contract The contract resulting from this RFP will be for the duration of this project. Construction is anticipated to commence on or about May 26, 2026, and to be substantially completed by August 10, 2026. Background ASD consistently maintains and upgrades its buildings to ensure they are running effectively and efficiently. The Lakeridge Jr High project will consist of remodeling approximately 40,000 square feet of classroom space. Refer to the attached plans located in the files for a complete scope of work.
