Renovation of an educational facility in Orem, Utah. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Professional Services Requested: Architectural firm to provide the design and related architectural services for an HVAC upgrade at Orchard Elementary in Orem, Utah. Work in coordination with Alpine School District to provide Architectural Services for a HVAC upgrade at Orchard Elementary. The project will include demolition, a new HVAC system, new lighting, new ceiling, & roof patching as required. Architectural Services shall include, but may not be limited to those stated in the standard form of agreement between Owner and Architect, AIA Document B101. Additional services may be requested by Alpine School District or required for the particular project and will be negotiated with the awarded firm. Question Deadline 09/02/2025 at 12:00 PM MT Location : online portal The purpose of this RFSQ is to obtain statements of qualifications from companies. The intent is to award a contract under Utah Procurement Code 63G-6a Part 15 for the purchase of Design Professional Service Providers and Consultants. The vendor with the highest ranking will be selected to negotiate a contract at compensation determined to be fair and reasonable. If fair and reasonable compensation, contract requirements, and contract documents cannot be agreed upon with the highest-ranked vendor, the state may proceed with negotiations with the next highest-ranked vendor. Do NOT include pricing when you submit your qualifications. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
