All work must be completed with care, professionalism, and in compliance with City standards. The Country Club Road Park is located at 2501 Country Club Road, Greer, SC 29651, next to the Tyger River. This is a multi-sport complex that sits on 51.81 acres and includes two baseball fields with dugouts. While the baseball fields will not be in operation during the time of the project, other sports may be taking place within the complex. Working hours for the project will be 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. All work sites should be monitored for staff and patron safety during the project and should be locked and secured at the end of every day. MATERIALS AND WARRANTIES The below are the materials and warranties requirements. o Compacted stone or concrete sub-base. Determination of actual sub-base will be chosen through the RFP process o Athletic field rated synthetic turf Adjacent natural field turf is maintained between 0.5-0.75" throughout the year. The use of "tall" synthetic turf is not preferred as it will not match the existing natural turf on site o Proposed turf infill cannot be a rubber infill material o Warranties o Warranties to be included on both material manufacturer and craftsmanship of the install portion of the project. o Maintenance o No maintenance plan to be submitted with the project by the contractor o Timeframe o The City of Greer will allow the project to take place between November - December 2025
