Town of Hempstead Housing Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities in any bid, or to accept or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid most favorable to the interest of the Owner, after all bids have been examined and checked. Estimated Range $30,000 – $75,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
