Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Fremont, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11,610-square-foot, one-story above grade parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; for paving for a parking garage; and water / sewer project.
**As of December 03, 2025, the project was awarded to Phaze Concrete, with an awarded amount of $40,469,398.10.** The DWR has requested assistance with the final phase of the comprehensive replacement of the Loa Fish Hatchery. This phase will involve the construction of all remaining infrastructure and buildings required for the hatchery to be fully operational. The scope of work will include, but not be limited to, on- and off-site infrastructure, disinfection shed, hatchery building, office and shop building, feed storage and fleet garage building, raceway building, concrete raceways, dewatering building and storage tank, paving, septic systems, and fencing. The base bid will encompass all equipment, labor, and materials necessary to provide a fully functional fish hatchery as outlined in the project plans and specifications.
