Project No: 2023.0416, 23179 Questions Due Date: Sep 4th 2025, 3:00 PM MDT Online Portal Contact Information: Brandon Larsen, blarsen1@utah.gov Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project. The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project: Project Description: Existing Auditorium, Kitchen and Break Room Remodels with (4) new Offices, a Nursing Lounge and Spiritual Wellness Room to be constructed in the existing Sports Court area. New HVAC system with a new rooftop air handler and maintenance platform above the existing Sports Court area and new hot and cold water piping extensions supported by a new overhead pipe rack in the Central Corridor. Construction of a temporary construction isolation wall in the Central Corridor work area.
