Question Deadline 11/13/2025 at 1:00 PM MT Online Portal The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Remodel of the HVAC system of the existing library. Removal of mechanical screen wall. Addition of an entry vestibule. 2. Salt Lake County Facilities Management Design Standards. a. The Work shall comply with the current Salt Lake County Design and Construction Standards (DCS), as administered by Salt Lake County Facilities Management. b. Where conflicts occur between these Specifications and the County Standards, the more stringent requirement shall govern, subject to interpretation by the Architect and County Project Manager. c. The Contractor shall be responsible for reviewing and coordinating construction methods, materials, and warranties in accordance with County standards. Completion- (a) The Contractor will have 180 calendar days to complete the project (b) The Contractor will conduct a punch list walk with the County no later than 30 calendar days prior to the expiration of the Contract Time (c) There will be a $200.00 charge per calendar day for liquidated damages
