This is a Firm Fixed Price purchase order, with payment made via IPP.gov upon project completion. The requirement is set aside 100% for small businesses. WORK ITEM: DIAGNOSE AIR CONDITIONER Diagnose Air Conditioner is a lump sum line item which includes all work and tools necessary to thoroughly inspect the air conditioner unit and verify items in need of repair. WORK ITEM: REPAIR AIR CONDITIONER Replacing Air Conditioner is a lump sum line item which includes all tools, materials, and work necessary to replace the Lennox air conditioning unit with a brand-new unit. This work includes the removal of the unit and left over refrigerant, and disposal off National Forest lands.
