Term contract for Ductile Iron Water & Sewer Pipe per the attached price sheets and bidders instructions which are an integral part of this bid. Quantities listed are approximate and as anticipated for a year. Vendor past performance will be taken in to consideration in the contract award. References may be required. Anticipated Award Date : October 2, 2025. This is a three (3) year contract subject to annual renewal provided all terms, conditions, and prices remain unchanged and the vendor is in agreement. Prices contained herein shall remain firm for each renewal term of the contract. The City reserves the right to re-bid at the end of any one (1) year period. The City reserves the right to award this contract on a total or sub group basis, as may be in the City's best interest.
