Water and Fire Service Meters Contract Payment Terms Net 30 Anticipated Award Date:October 2, 2025 Term contract to furnish Water & Fire Service Meters on an as needed basis. Meters are as per the attached specifications/price sheet which are an integral part of this bid. Any exceptions to t these specifications must be clearly identified, otherwise complete conformance is understood. CONTRACT PERIOD This is a three (3) year contract, subject to annual renewals. Prices contained herein shall remain firm during each contract period. QUANTITIES Quantities listed are as estimated for a one year period and shall be ordered on an as needed basis. Actual quantity may vary. PROPOSED METERS Two (2) sets of descriptive literature and completed specification checklists shall be returned with bid package. REFERENCES Bidder must include evidence (product references) of substantial successful field use of EXACT METERS PROPOSED. Vendor must provide evidence of a minimum of five (5) years of successful field use on meters and 10 yrs production experience with absolute encoder remote registers.
