The project consists of improvements at two sanitary lift stations - the Laurel Street Lift Station and the Galena Avenue Lift Station - as well as the Carroll water tank site, and consists of equipment removals; electrical upgrades (power distribution, controls, and SCADA integration), backup generator installation, site removals, hot-mix asphalt pavement replacement, concrete/drive and sidewalk replacement, site grading, erosion and sediment control measures, and all related appurtenances and restoration as shown in the plans.
