Demolition Permit Applications must be submitted to the Community and Economic Development Department within 7 days of notice of award Demolition, asbestos abatement, and site restoration to be completed within 25 days of contract being awarded unless deadline extended by Community and Economic Development Director Expected bid award at City Council meeting on November 17, 2025 at 6:00 PM. 28 S Johanna Ave has a foundation that is in disrepair, which caused the basement to flood. Therefore an asbestos inspection was not completed in the basement portion.
