Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Romeoville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
All proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked separately on the outside "Heritage Falls Parking Expansion Project" and addressed to Pete Hall, Director of Facilities, Projects, & Planning at theLockport Township Park District office at 1811 S. Lawrence Ave., Lockport, Illinois 60441. Specifications require the submittal of a 10% Bid Surety with the proposal. In addition, the successful contractor must be able to provide a satisfactory Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and required proof of insurance following the award of a contract. Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130) requirements apply. All bids will remain firm for 60 days after the bid opening. The Board of Commissioners of the Lockport Township Park District, Will County, Illinois reserves the right to reject any and all bids or portions thereof.
