City/County Romeoville This project consists of the reconstruction of Phelps Ave and Greenwood Ave and the resurfacing of Devonwood Ave, Parkwood Ave, Forestwood Dr, and Rocbaar Dr in the Village of Romeoville. The improvements include hot-mix asphalt milling and resurfacing, pavement removal, curb and gutter removal and replacement, driveway removal and replacement, drainage structure adjustments/reconstructions and installations, storm sewer/structure removal, storm sewer installation, underdrains, earth excavation, class D patching, pavement striping and related work. Project Location: Phelps, Greenwood, Forestwood, Devonwood, Parkwood, Rocbaar Proposals requiring prequalification of bidders will be issued only to those contractors who are qualified with the Department of Transportation. Prequalification forms may be secured from the Engineer of Construction, Administration Building, 2300 South Dirksen Parkway, Springfield, IL 62764.
