Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Romeoville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

The work includes the rehabilitation of various roadways and pavements located throughout the Village. Bids are to be addressed to the Village of Romeoville Department of Public Works and marked accordingly for either the "Concrete Repair Program" or "Subdivision Resurfacing 2026," depending on the project. Bidding Documents may be obtained upon presentation of Certification of Eligibility to bid with the State of Illinois from the Village of Romeoville Department of Public Works. All proposals must be accompanied by a proposal guaranty as provided in the Illinois Department of Transportation- Bureau of Local Roads and Streets Special Provision for Bidding Requirements and Conditions for Contract Proposals contained in the "Supplemental Specifications and Recurring Special Provisions." Bidders must comply with the Prevailing Wage Act, notify subcontractors of wage rates, and apply any revised wage rates as provided by the public body. The Village of Romeoville reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals as provided in IDOT BLRS Special Provision for Bidding Requirements and Conditions for Contract Proposals contained in the "Supplemental Specifications and Recurring Special Provisions."
