Reference Number 0000397284 Question Deadline 09/12/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes September 23, 2025: Notice of Award (following evaluation and Board approval) Job Location 465 Lisega Blvd Newport, Tennessee United States 37821 Bid Intent Not Available Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Project Scope The Project consists of the rehabilitation of two (2) secondary clarifiers including, but not limited to: o Replacement of all below-waterline equipment o Installation of new stilling wells o Replacement of rake assemblies o Replacement of lower bearings and drive shafts The Project is expected to be completed within 90 calendar days. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on the basis described in the Bid Form. The successful bidder must furnish a payment bond. Newport Utilities reserves the right to reject any and all bids. TIME OF COMPLETION - Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete within 90 calendar days and fully complete within 120 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence.
