The principal items of work are detailed herein below: 1. Install necessary Pump, Motor; Concrete Pump Pedestal Foundation and Piping Assembly from Back-Up Well to Existing Well #1 2. Provide required piping for Connection of the Back-Up Well to the Existing Well #1 Discharge Header 3. Provide Electrical Connections 4. Provide Leveling on Motor Base Plate to Concrete Pedestal and Perform Vibration Analysis on Existing Well #1and Back up Well The Contract may be awarded to the lowest and responsive Bidder. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond for one hundred (100%) of the bid amount and a Payment Bond for one hundred (100%) percent of the bid amount and must secure his bond from a bonding company's representative or agent in the State of Alabama. The Contractor is Hereby Advised That Time is of the Essence on This Project and That the Contract Time of 180 Consecutive Calendar Days Total and Noted Restrictions Shall Be Strictly Observed Docs notes ; No refunds will be made except to Prime Contractor Bidders, which shall be refunded for one bid set. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in any bid, and to accept any bid considered advantageous to the Owner. QA date - 9/15/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents.
