The work of providing labor, equipment, and material for Mexia Water System DWSRF Infrastructure Improvements Project Contract 3 Test Well Capacity Test and Chemical Analysis Project - DWSRF PROJECT NO. FS010356-01. The principal items of work are detailed herein below: 1. Contractor shall perform a video inspection capacity test and collect water samples for chemical analysis. Contractor shall report of their findings including test results. 2. Drill Two (2) Test Well Sites. Document notes : No refunds will be made except to Prime Contractor Bidders, which shall be refunded for one bid set. There will be no bonds required. No bid may be withdrawn after the time for opening bids has passed. The Owner reserves the right to hold the bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of receiving the Bids. The Contractor is hereby advised that TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE on this project and that the contract time of 60 consecutive calendar days total and noted restrictions shall be strictly observed. Liquidated Damages Will Be Assessed if Contract Time is Exceeded. The Contractor may apply for an extension of time in accordance with the provisions of the contract; however, such an extension must be approved prior to the contract completion date to avoid the imposition of liquidated damages. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in any bid, and to accept any bid considered advantageous to the Owner. The contractor shall note that funds for this project are provided through DWSRF (Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Funds) and ARPA Funds. All Applicable Federal Guidelines must be met. There will be no Pre-Bid meeting.
