Reference Number 0000397354 Bid Intent Not Available The Town of Windsor (Town) is requesting proposals from a professional consulting firm with demonstrated experience in developing land use, zoning, and subdivision ordinances for the preparation of an updated sign code section that is legally sound, straightforward, and easy to use, for the Town of Windsor Municipal Code, Land Use Code Chapter 15 - Development Standards (Article XVII - Sign Regulations), herein referred to as "development code." The selected firm will prepare and provide documents and associated services for the development of the Sign Code Section of the Town's Land Use Code in accordance with the requirements included within the request for proposal and accompanying documentation.
