Project cost is $50,000 or under. Site Directions: From Hunnewell, take Route Z north 3 miles to the area. Meeting will start at the Hunnewell Conservation Area Office then move to the hatchery. The project consists of contractor supplied materials and labor to reline the 12-inch by approximately 80-foot discharge pipe located at pool 22 of the Hunnewell Fish Hatchery with a Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP). A bid alternate to include a second 12-inch by 80-foot pipe on pool 14 is included in this contract. The pipes transition from a 12-foot length of C-900 poly to asbestos-cement transite and are coupled with a Hymax style coupling. The contractor shall perform the work following the current ATSM F-1216 standards for rehabilitation of existing pipelines. The contractor shall be responsible for in-field verification of pipe dimensions. The contractor shall properly dispose of all waste and repair grass slopes to pre-construction conditions if damaged. Required submittals shall include but not be limited to product data, safety data sheets, installation methods and warranty.
