One (1) electronic copy of the proposal AND one (1) sealed fee range (received in the Purchasing office) is required. PERFORMANCE BOND FORMS, included in the bid package are to be used, in the amount of one hundred per cent (100%) of the contract must be furnished by the successful vendor preceding Phase Two. A LABOR & MATERIAL PAYMENT BOND FORMS, included in the bid package are to be used, running to the State of Kansas in a sum of not less than the total of the contract, must be furnished by the successful vendor preceding Phase Two. The review and evaluation of the submission of qualifications will take estimated 60 to 90 days before notification from the City of Wichita that a contract has been approved by City Council.
