Renovation of a military facility in Wichita, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The Kansas National Guard intends to award a single firm fixed-price contract for the installation of a critical electrical line to Building 35's communications room. The work includes providing all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to install a critical line that will maintain power to the communications node during a power outage. The room will be powered off the critical loop fed from Building 16. The contract duration is 90 calendar days from notice to proceed, including inspection and punch list. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses under NAICS Code 238210, with a small business size standard of $19,000,000. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000.
