The State of Tennessee, Department of General Services, State of Tennessee Real Estate Asset Management ("STREAM") (hereinafter referred to as "the State"), has issued this Request for Information ("RFI") for the purpose of gathering information and interest from the real estate development community regarding the feasibility of a private developer constructing structured parking improvements containing at least 800 parking spaces on State-owned property within one block of the Tennessee Tower in exchange for ground leases and the right to develop on surface parking areas near the Tennessee Tower and State Capitol.
