Description

Renovation of a military facility in Fort Bliss, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The requirement is for the procurement and installation of an ICIDS-5 (Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System) Application Server and Device Servers, including associated professional services. Specifically, the contractor shall provide one ICIDS-5 Application Server (DAQ Electronics, Part Number ACS-10113), two Device Servers (DAQ Electronics, Part Number ACS-10124), and all necessary installation, programming, and labor services to upgrade the ICIDS server system. The pricing arrangement is firm fixed price for all items and services. Delivery is required within 24 weeks from the date of award. The Contractor shall submit all questions and concerns through email no later than 12 September, at 1:00 pm MDT. Questions and answers will be available in the form of an amendment to the Solicitation. The Government is not obligated to award a contract because of this notice, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any offer preparation costs.
