Description

Renovation of a military facility in Quincy, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Quincy Armory Roof Repairs (MA National Guard). The roof at the Quincy Armory is leaking substantially. The sloped roof requires a complete repair to mitigate additional damage caused by rain and inclement weather. ADD Alternate: The adjacent detached storage building on site requires an assessment for roof repairs of a similar scope to the Armory. The work performed by the Contractor shall include all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform a complete sloped roof repair/replacements at the Mass Army National Guard Quincy Armory (994 Hancock St Quincy, MA 02169). Work will include but is not limited to: removal of existing roofing materials, inspection and repair/replacement of underlying decking and structural components, installation of underlayment, installation of new roofing materials, vents, ridge caps, flashing, gutters, and downspouts.
