The Office of the Mayor for the City of Quincy, MA is seeking sealed sub-Bids and General Bids for the Spear Street Housing Initiative. Roofing & Flashing, Painting, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Safety & Security, Masonry, & Electrical. The Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to: selective demolition and renovation of the existing structures including roof repairs, lead paint abatement, window replacement, utilities, masonry, waterproofing, insulation, painting, and all materials, equipment, services, as shown on the contract drawings required to complete the work. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
