The City has recently installed columbarium niches with granite covers and expects to begin to inter remains in the niches in late 2025. The City is seeking a partner that will engrave the deceased's name and appropriate dates on the covers on a highly professional, consistent, and timely basis.` The City will provide a uniform font, type size, and design for every niche cover. The City will collect funds from the family/estate of the deceased and pay the engraving partner direct. No funds shall be collected other than from the City. One contract may be awarded, or more than one contract may be awarded if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Quincy.
