The City of Quincy, acting through the Department of Natural Resources, is soliciting bids for the fabrication and delivery of a floating dock system for the Town River Marina (TRM) at 674 Southern Artery in Quincy, MA. Docks shall be delivered to the marina by April 15, 2026. Bids must state exceptions, if any, and the estimated delivery date. Bids/Proposals must be in a sealed envelope. The outside of the sealed envelope is to be clearly marked "TRM Floating Dock System " with time/date of bid call. Firm bid prices will be given first consideration. Late Bids delivered by mail or in person will be rejected. All inquiries regarding this bid should be directed to Kathryn R. Logan, Chief Procurement Officer by email: klogan@quincyma.gov and cc: mmarini@quincyma.gov. Inquiries will be accepted until Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. The City of Quincy reserves the right to withdraw the Bid; to reject any and all bids; and to accept any bids deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Quincy.
