Rebid Ropes Course at Mound Street Beach Park - installation of ropes course The City of Quincy, acting through the Department of Natural Resources, is soliciting re-bids from responsible and responsive parties to construct and install a ropes course located at the Mound Street Beach Park. The awarded contractor must follow Massachusetts State Standards for the course. The City of Quincy reserves the right to withdraw the Bid; to reject any and all bids; and to accept any bids deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Quincy. The bidding and award of this contract shall be in full compliance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30b Service, as last revised. All applicable Federal, State and City of Quincy regulations in relation to and subject to the minimum wage rates set under the Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Law Chapter 149, 26 to 27H and/or any applicable federal rates.
