Projects was cancelled. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate The Project consists of but not limited to: Installation of new intercom system to be installed at O'Brien & Pagnano Towers. Work to include removal of the existing system only after the new system is up and running. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. Intercom Upgrades - O'Brien Towers and Pagnano Towers at Pagnano Towers, 109 Curtis Ave., Quincy, MA 02169 and O'Brien Towers, 73 Bicknell St., Quincy, MA 02170. The work is estimated to cost $800,000.00. 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women Completion-280 consecutive calendar days.
