**As of September 26th, 2025, the project was awarded to ABS Advanced Building Structures, but the awarded amount is not available.** The Lake Quinault School District is seeking sealed bids from qualified manufacturers to provide a complete, engineered, pre-fabricated metal building kit for Phase One of the Districts planned Recreation Facility project This is an Owner-Furnished, Contractor Installed (OFCI) building kit to be used in a future construction phase. The bid shall include all materials delivered to the site, structural engineering, stamped shop drawings, manufacturers proof of insurance and product warranty, and documentation to ensure compliance with applicable codes, including the current International Building Code, 2018 Washington State Energy Code, and MBMA standards. Manufacturer must be a current member of the Metal Building Manufacturers Association (MBMA) . All bids must comply with State and Federal (Davis-Bacon) prevailing wage requirements. Nondiscrimination Requirement: During the term of this Contract, Contractor, including any subcontractor, shall not discriminate on the bases enumerated at RCW 49.60.530(3). In addition, Contractor, including any subcontractor, shall give written notice of this nondiscrimination requirement to any labor organizations with which Contractor, or subcontractor, has a collective bargaining or other agreement. The Lake Quinault School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the bidding process.
