Grays Harbor Transportation Authority (GHTA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Architectural and Engineering (A&E) firms to provide planning, environmental documentation, and final design services for a renovation of its Maintenance and Operations Facility in Hoquiam, WA. The selected firm will lead the development of a complete Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E) package for a future federally funded construction phase. The project includes environmental compliance (NEPA/SEPA), coordination with WSDOT and FTA, and design of various facility improvements including a new building for the Facility Maintenance Department, site drainage and pavement reconstruction, upgrades to stormwater systems, structural improvements to existing buildings, and relocation of underground utility features. The project will follow a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) delivery model.
