Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Hoquiam, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The selected firm will lead the development of a complete Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E) package for a future federally funded construction phase. The project includes environmental compliance (NEPA/SEPA), coordination with WSDOT and FTA, and design of various facility improvements including a new building for the Facility Maintenance Department, site drainage and pavement reconstruction, upgrades to stormwater systems, structural improvements to existing buildings, and relocation of underground utility features. The project will follow a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) delivery model. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
