Site work for a mixed-use development in Grand Forks, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Grand Forks invites Proposals from qualified contractors to repair 5 meters of 200mm AC main and connection to manhole located on 3rd street approximately 50m north of Market Avenue. Construction to conform to Master Municipal Construction Documents (MMCD), unless otherwise specified. This RFP relates to the replacement of approximately 4 meters of 200mm main north of manhole #5 to the existing AC coupling, grouting and sealing to existing manhole and connection to existing main with appropriate transition coupling The main is approximately 3.9m deep, located in the northbound lane of 3rd street*. Construction to conform to Master Municipal Construction Documents (MMCD), unless otherwise specified The Scope of Work for the project includes, but is not limited to, the planning, mobilization, supply, installation, storage of all materials, equipment (including stand-by), power, labour (including stand-by), supervision, implementation, protection, security, execution, operation (including stand-by), quality control, quality management, removal, restoration, and demobilization of all measures required to complete the work as presented in the Contract Documents.
