The Put-in-Bay School District intends to contract for architectural services in connection with the construction of the 1919 Building Renovation Project . In collaboration with Garmann Miller, the District has developed potential scope items to be included in the project. Architectural firms interested in being considered for a contract to provide the required services should reply with a statement of qualifications. The project consists of a comprehensive renovation of the historic 1919 school building , focusing on major infrastructure upgrades: * Full replacement of HVAC systems (entire building) * Upgrade of technology infrastructure (entire building) * Modernization of electrical service, beginning with the 1919 building, sized for potential future expansion The renovation will preserve the historic character of the facility while modernizing systems to meet 21st-century educational and operational needs. * Estimated building area: ~22,000 sq. ft.
