Remove existing restroom, closet and misc items as indicated on drawings. Provide new toilet fixtures, toilet accessories and finishes as indicated on drawings. Relocate existing entry door. Alternate #1- See Section 012300. 2.Renovation of four shower rooms- New finishes, toilet fixtures, plumbing and electrical. Refer to drawings for additional scope and information. Alternates #2 & #3- See Section 012300. 3.Provide alternates as indicated if accepted. B. Type of Contract: Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Value: $250,000 to $500,000
