Request for Qualifications for Peach Knob Tower Engineering Services The City seeks a qualified firm for tower design and engineering services for the Peach Knob Tower Replacement project. The tower came down during Hurricane Helene. The City anticipates that this Contract may be financed in whole or in part with Federal and or State funding (ref: Incident #20240924 Tropical System Helene). Anticipated Contract Award Friday, October 31, 2025 The City of Asheville reserves the right to reject any or all Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
