The scope of the proposed work of this contract will include, but not necessarily be limited to, furnishing all materials, tools, labor and anything else required to accomplish the following work, as per Plans and Specifications, complete in place with all required appurtenances and equipment: Furnish materials & labor required for Temporary & Permanent Erosion & Sedimentation Controls, including silt fencing and revegetation, as per plans & specs.
