Sewerage Authority Interior Alteration - Level 2 THIS PROJECT SCOPE INCLUDES REPLACEMENT OF MATERIALS & EQUIPMENT USING NEW MATERIALS FOR THE SAME PURPOSE IN , 2 SF OF AN EXISTING 12, 0 SF BUILDING. THE PROJECT ALSO INCLUDES 1,12 SF OF SPACE RECONFIGURATION WHICH CLASSIFIES THE PROJECT AS A LEVEL-2 INTERIOR ALTERATION UNDER THE 201 INTERNATIONAL EXISTING BUILDING CODE. THE OCCUPANCY AND USE OF THE EXISTING BUSINESS DOES NOT CHANGE. _ JEFFERSON BROWNE ARCHITECTURE, INC. WILL NOT BE PROVIDING CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES FOR THIS PROJECT. _ FINISHES & SELECTIONS WILL BE PROVIDED BY OWNER The Peachtree City Water & Sewerage Authority will be receiving separate sealed Bids for all material, labor and equipment for the interior alteration. This includes the following, with all related accessories as shown on the Construction Drawings and called for in the Contract Documents and Technical Specifications: 1. Project Manual and Technical Specifications Binder 2. Architectural Construction Documents (8 Pages) A-001 Cover Index Sheet A-002 ADA Accessibility Details A-003 Life Safety Plan A-101 Demolition Floor Plan A-102 Annotated Floor Plan A-300 Wall Sections A-601 Finish Plan and Schedule A-602 Door and Window Schedule and Details This contract is funded. If an addendum is issued it will be sent to all parties who have requested the bid documents and attended the pre-bid meeting. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of 5%, and shall be subject to the conditions provided in Section 00 21 13 "Instruction to Bidders." Each Bidder is required to submit a "Construction Contractors Qualification Statement", "Bid Security", "Bid Form", Non-Collusion AUidavit", and "Security and Immigration Compliance Affidavit" as outlined in Section 00 22 13 "Supplementary Instructions to Bidders." The contract will be awarded to the low, responsive, and responsible bidder with reservation of right to reject all bids. Question Deadline 09/25/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Architect in writing via Email Communication to john@jeffersonarchitecture.com. Bids may not be withdrawn by Bidders for 60 days following opening of the bids. The project shall be Substantially Complete within 120 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed of the contract. Liquidated Damages shall be assessed in the amount of $250.00 per day for each calendar day required to achieve Substantial Completion. The project shall be Final Complete within 14 calendar days beyond Substantial Completion. Liquidated Damages shall be assessed in the amount of $250.00 per day for each calendar day required to achieve Final Completion. The Peachtree City Water & Sewerage Authority provides assurances to Bidder that all anticipated Federal, State, and Local Permits along with anticipated Rights of Way and Easements have been obtained or will be obtained by NTP. The Peachtree City Water & Sewerage Authority will not issue or cause to be issued any addenda modifying the Project Manual or Construction Drawings within a period of 72 hours prior to the advertised time for opening bids, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and State of Georgia Legal Holidays.
