On-Call Commercial Kitchen Refrigeration Repair. City is seeking a qualified on-call contractor for commercial kitchen refrigeration repairs for refrigeration equipment located in the Springfield Public Schools. Contractor is to provide labor and materials on an on-call basis as determined by the Springfield Public Schools. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $100,000.00 per year. Bidders must be DCAMM certified in general contracting or HVAC. Question Deadline 09/04/2025 at 4:30 PM ET : All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received in writing by the Office of Procurement by (nwalker@springfieldcityhall.com). The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty (20%) MWBE participation in all contracts.
