The City of Caruthersville is seeking bids for the materials to be utilized in the construction of six pickleball courts. There will be two separate materials only bid packages as follows:Material Bid No. 1 Concrete Bid: Supply of concrete delivered to the construction site. (specifications for the concrete and approximate quantities are available from the Caruthersville City Clerk)Material Bid No. 2 Lighting fixtures for pickleball courts. The city will award each contract separately to the lowest and best bidder.The city will be serving as its own general contractor for the above-referenced contracts.Each party awarded a contract shall have a duty to work cooperatively with the city representatives and other city contractors in the execution of their contract as it relates to the project as a whole. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bids and to make revisions to this bid solicitation as deemed necessary.
