Furnish and install Rotary Screw Blowers, controls, PLC and all accessory equipment. Existing blowers to be removed and turned over to the Owner at a location of their designation for sale as surplus equipment. Provide all electrical connections, modifications and hook-ups for new equipment. Coordinate installation of SCADA units, hook-up and programming with DANC. Clean and remove all debris from aeration tanks for the replacement of the diffusor membranes and installation of accessory DO and blower sensors and controls in each tank. Remove existing diffusor membranes in their entirety. Furnish and install new diffusor membranes, DO sensors and associated controls. Provide start-up, training and O&M manuals for all installed equipment. All work shall be coordinated with the Joint Utility Board, DANC and BCA.
