General description of work: The work involves construction of landscaping improvements including trees, shrubs, groundcover plantings, gravel mulch and decorative boulders. Work also includes installation of irrigation systems consisting of irrigation controllers, remote control valves, backflow preventer assemblies, water meters and services, irrigation pipes and supply lines and other miscellaneous appurtenances and modification of existing electrical and communication systems. All plans are diagrammatic representations of existing facilities and proposed improvements. Actual locations of existing facilities may vary.
