Demolition and site work for a parking garage in Youngstown, Ohio. Design plans call for the demolition of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.

As of February 4, 2026, per owner, design team identified, contractor bidding May 2026. Construction to start approximately July 1, 2026. These qualification statements will guide the WRPA on professional service selection for the proposed project. Submittals of Corporations not chartered in Ohio must be accompanied by proper certifications that such Corporation is licensed to do business in Ohio. The companies submitting must be enrolled in the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation Drug Free Workplace Program or in a similar program approved by the Bureau of Workers Compensation. They must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, sex or national origin following all applicable state and federal rules. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
