Colliers Engineering &Design, on behalf of D.R. Horton Inc., a Delaware corporation (Developer), is seeking bids from qualified contractors for installation of the Radiance at Superstition Vistas Meridian Road and Warner Avenue Landscaping Improvements in Apache Junction, AZ. The Scope of Work entails landscaping and irrigation along the east side of Meridian Road and full-street landscaping and irrigation along Warner Avenue. All qualified interested contractors are invited to submit bids in accordance with the requirements detailed in the IFB. The work included in this IFB isthe subject of separate District Development and Financing Participation, Waiver, and Intergovernmental Agreements for Superstition Vistas Community Facilities District No. 1. The successful contractor will not have recourse, directly or indirectly, to the City of Apache Junction or Superstition Vistas Community Facilities District No. 1. The contract with the awarded Bidder will be with D.R. Horton Inc. and not the City of Apache Junction or Superstition Vistas Community Facilities District No. 1. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than Monday, September 22 , 2025, by5:00 p.m. (local time).
