The City of Apache Junction seeks sealed Statements of Qualifications for Project Management/Construction Management Services for the Public Works Expansion Phase 1 and the City South Campus within the corporate city limits of Apache Junction. Sealed Responses containing one signed original and seven duplicate copies are required. Responses shall be conspicuously marked on the front and the outside in black lettering as: "PROJECT MANAGEMENT/CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES PROJECT NO. RFQ 26-1 PMCM." Responses must be signed by a person duly authorized to execute the same on behalf of the Respondent. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and technicalities, and to suspend the procurement deadlines applicable to this process.
