The Scope of Work entails full-street improvements along Renfield Avenue and Horton Drive. The work included in this IFB is the subject of separate District Development and Financing Participation, Waiver, and Intergovernmental Agreements for Superstition Vistas Community Facilities District No. 1. The successful contractor will not have recourse, directly or indirectly, to the City of Apache Junction or Superstition Vistas Community Facilities District No. 1. The contract with the awarded Bidder will be with D.R. Horton Inc. and not the City of Apache Junction or Superstition Vistas Community Facilities District No. 1 All questions must be submitted in writing no later than Wednesday, December 17, 2025, by 5:00 p.m. (local time). No questions will be answered verbally. No explanation answer to technical questions, representations nor comments will be made by the Owner’s personnel concerning this Project. Project Scope: Renfield Avenue and Horton Drive Roadway Improvements The project is located on Renfield Avenue and Horton Drive in Superstition Vistas Residential Subdivision in the City of Apache Junction. This contract shall be for furnishing all labor, materials, transportation, and services for the construction and/or installation of landscaping improvements only shown on the Plans, including, but not limited to the following: Renfield Avenue Phase 1: o Renfield Avenue Phase 1 Paving Plans - Work associated with collector roadway improvements including but not limited to asphalt concrete pavement, base course, survey markers, concrete curb, concrete sidewalk, and storm drainage. o Renfield Avenue Phase 1 Sewer Plans - Work associated with collector roadway improvements including but not limited to PVC sanitary sewer piping and sanitary sewer structures.
