Site work and paving for a civil project in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: Contractor shall complete all work as specified or indicated in the contract documents. Project is located within the city limits of Fayetteville, NC and consists of installation of approximately 1,300 feet of drainage piping and 400 feet of box culvert, beginning at the intersection of Daisy Lane/Webster Avenue and continuing across private lots, crossing Swann Street, private properties, then running along Tryon Drive. There are two Tryon Drive crossings and one additional Swann Street crossing. Also included is asbestos cement waterline abandonment and replacement with approximately 2,000 feet of 8" PC350 ductile iron waterline. The project also involves installation of storm inlets, manholes, sanitary sewer, end walls and wingwalls, grading, rip rap, paving, curbing, driveways, erosion control, traffic control, etc. The Project has an expected duration of 480 days. Event pre-bid note: A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held at 339 Alexander Street, Fayetteville, NC, 28301. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. If the Site, in part or in whole, consists of private property and/or a secured area, then a site tour may be arranged though the City of Fayetteville, at its convenience. Construct Work as described in the Contract Documents. 1. Provide the materials, equipment, and incidentals required to make the Project completely and fully operable. 2. Provide the labor, equipment, tools, and consumable supplies required for a complete Project. 3. Provide the civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and all other Work required for a complete and operable Project. 4. Test and place the completed Project in operation. 5. Provide the special tools, spare parts, lubricants, supplies, or other materials as indicated in the Contract Documents for the operation and maintenance of the Project. 6. The Contract Documents do not indicate or describe all Work required to complete the Project. Additional details required for the correct installation of selected products are to be provided by the Contractor and coordinated with the Engineer B.
